  Opportunities, Inc. is a community action agency, headquartered in Watonga, Oklahoma which seeks to remove obstacles and solve problems which inhibit the ability of low   income families to attain self-sufficiency. Utilizing funds, from the Community Service Block Grant (CSBG), Opportunities, Inc. is able to provide a range of services and activities to impact upon the problems of poverty.  Originated as the Blaine County Developmental Foundation in 1965 serving five surrounding counties, Opportunities, Inc. now provides services in 19 counties in the northwest quadrant of the state.
